Daniel Lee joined Rose Law Partners in 2024 and is currently an associate of the firm.
Prior to joining Rose Law Partners, Dan was a litigation associate in the professional liability practice group at Morrison Mahoney, LLP where he represented professionals, including attorneys, accountants, engineers, architects, investment professionals, real estate agents and real estate appraisers in malpractice litigation. In addition to his professional liability defense matters, Dan also defended private businesses in employment and general tort litigation.
Dan has litigated cases in the United States District Court, Massachusetts Probate Court, District Court, and Superior Court. In a prior position, Dan litigated medical malpractice cases in all NY State Supreme Courts in Westchester, Bronx, Queens, Kings, Manhattan and Orange counties. He also successfully argued an appellate case before the New York State Appellate Division Second Judicial Department. Dan’s achievements before Massachusetts courts include the following:
- Successfully argued for reduction of discipline of an immigration attorney before US Department of Homeland Security and US Customs and Immigration Service
- Obtained summary judgment on behalf of real estate agent accused of breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and conspiracy to commit fraud
- Obtained dismissal of malpractice complaint against attorney involving claims of fraud, professional negligence, conversion and misrepresentation
- Obtained dismissal of malpractice complaint against attorney involving claims of fraud, professional negligence and conspiracy
- Obtained defense verdict in two criminal trials in Superior Court
- Successful resolution of numerous high-exposure malpractice cases for attorneys, accountants, engineers, architects, investment professionals, real estate agents, and real estate appraisers
- Successful resolution of numerous high-exposure tort matters on behalf of commercial businesses involving claims of personal injuries by clients and employees.
- Assisted numerous professional clients, including attorneys, real estate agents, accountants and investment professionals with trial testimony in Superior Court matters
