The firm is pleased to announce the elevation of Laura B. Kirshenbaum to Partner at Rose Law Partners LLP. This promotion is a testament to Laura’s exceptional skill, dedication, and contributions to the firm and our clients.
Laura joined Rose Law Partners in 2018, specializing in a range of litigation areas including employment, business disputes, legal malpractice defense, and securities litigation and investigations. She routinely appears before Superior and District Courts throughout Massachusetts as well as the MCAD and FINRA. Laura is a former prosecutor with years of trial and appellate experience. Beyond legal expertise, Laura is actively involved in numerous professional associations, serving on steering committees for the Boston Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Laura is a contributor to the MCLE treatise on Massachusetts Employment Law. She is an active alumnus of Boston University School of Law and serves as Chair of the Communications and Engagement Committee for the Boston University Alumni Executive Committee.
As Partner, Laura will lead Rose Law Partners’ Employment Practice while continuing her work in business and commercial litigation. She offers employment law counseling as well as vigorous representation at all stages of litigation. She brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to this role.
