Alan’s trial and appellate practice includes legal malpractice defense, employment and commercial litigation, representation of colleges, universities, and charitable organizations, investigations, and representation of executives.
Alan Jr.’s practice focuses on civil and criminal trial and appellate litigation in federal and state courts and in arbitration, with an emphasis on commercial litigation, employment litigation, defense of state and federal government and regulatory investigations, and college and university law. Alan has represented a wide variety of corporate clients and individuals in close-corporation, business, fraud, securities, employment and real estate litigation in state and federal courts and in arbitration.
Sammy’s practice primarily focuses on real estate, zoning, environmental, and other land use litigation in both trial and appellate courts on behalf of project proponents, property owners, and government agencies. He also advises clients on permitting and licensing requirements and strategies for different types of projects, including transportation, mixed-use developments, and public artwork.
Laura's practice areas include business litigation, higher education, and legal malpractice defense. She provides pre-litigation and risk management counseling to clients and represents clients in all stages of litigation.
